What’s the Wallet?
The Wallet is the app section where you can find your credit and monthly promo cards to use on your next trip.
Where can I find my Wallet credit?
You can check your Wallet credit anytime in your app. Just go to the Wallet section to see your available credit, along with monthly promo codes.
Make sure you’ve set your region, language and currency in your app settings.
How can I use my credit?
It's really easy, just follow the steps below:
- Open the app
- Browse and select flights for your next trip
- In the payment section, choose Use my Wallet credit
Your credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you’re ready to travel.

You can use your credit to book flights on the app.
I changed my mind and now prefer a cash refund. How can I withdraw my credit?
You can withdraw your credit anytime through the app. Simply go to the Wallet section and tap Withdraw: the amount will be sent back to your original payment method.
Withdrawals usually take 7 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
I don’t see my credit in my Wallet. When will it be available?
First, make sure you’ve set your region, language and currency in your app settings.
If you still don’t see your credit, it may be because your refund is still in progress. As soon as the refund process is complete, your credit will be available for use in your Wallet.
